All you need to do in case of an accident is call Eagle. We will not insist on a police report*. You can agree to get your vehicle repaired at any garage in our comprehensive list. Even a garage of your choice could be arranged. We take care of everything from assessing the damage to ensuring your vehicle is conveniently and completely repaired. No cash. No hassle. You drive away satisfied with the repair. Then we pay the garage direct.
Straight to the Garage
When you meet with an accident all you have to do is call our motor help hotline 0777 922922 and take your vehicle to the nearest garage listed in the booklet issued to you. Even a garage of your choice could be arranged.
If towing is required...
If your vehicle has to be towed, we will meet the cost up to Rs. 2,500/-.
Professional assessment of damage
Eagle will immediately send an assessor to the garage at a time convenient to you so that you could be present. Our officers will negotiate directly with the garage to give you the best possible service and ensure they start on the repair without delay.
Cashless complete repair
Once the repairs are completed to your satisfaction, you can drive away immediately because it is Eagle who will pay the garage direct - not you.

Producing a copy of the first statement
made to the police is not a prerequisite for you to make a
claim from us on own damage. However where third parties are
involved, you are advised to report such accidents to the
nearest police station, to be in compliance with the mandatory
requirements of the law.
