The Eagle Sports Club organises several annual events for the welfare of its members - such as the Sports Day, Theatre Day, Christmas Party, Picnics and Social Service Projects.
Eagle's Professional Sales Force
Eagle takes special pride in its professional insurance sales force called the "Team with Wings". They are provided with extensive training at the Eagle Training Centre (which was the first in-company training centre outside UK to be recognised by the CIM - UK). Top performers are regularly sent for training abroad to gain exposure on sales and customer care techniques practiced around the world.
We are the first in the industry to establish a "Hall of Fame" to recognise the top performers for their achievement in sales/service. It also serves to motivate new entrants and others to aspire for excellence.
